Overview
The YGS series of products have four kinds of machine, including YGS4/1, YGS6/1, YGS12/8 and YGS 24/12. The difference is that they have the different quantity of filling heads and capping heads, as well as different speed. It can chose by you. The machine adopts the 316L stainless steel plunger metering pump to perform filling, and combines automatic cap feeding and automatic cap turning with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic integration. It is economical and practical, taking small floor space. It is widely used for liquid packaging in such industries as medicine, food, pesticide, chemical industry, cosmetics, etc., fully conforming to GMP requirements.
Performance Features
- Filling and capping (capping) in one, covering a small area. Servo drive is adopted to adjust the filling volume on the man-machine interface, which is easy to operate and quick to adjust.
Using plunger metering pump, filling various viscosity of liquid, high precision. The pump is easy to disassemble and clean and sterilize. Ft can be equipped with CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilizing system.
- The plunger metering pump seal ring is made of silicone rubber. Teflon or other materials depend on different trades and liquid compositions. Ceramic materials can be used for special purposes. The filling principle also includes peristaltic pump, negative pressure type, weighing type, autoflow type, reflux type and so on.
-PLC control system, variable frequency speed regulation, high degree of automation.
- The filling system is equipped with leak-proof device to realize filling from the bottom of the bottle, rising slowly to avoid bubbles.
- Adjustable tightness of air claw cap turning head, which will not damage the cap. It can be driven by servo motor, and the torque can be adjusted. The cover head adopts flexible design, easy to adjust, and can also be designed for pull cover.
- Configurable cap storage and lifting mechanism, reverse cover identification and nonconforming product elimination mechanism.
The machine is suitable for all kinds of bottles and can be adjusted conveniently in a short time.
