Overview
The machine uses clean compressed air to clean plastic bottles. The air after cleaning is sucked away from another air port. It is a fully sealed device. It can effectively remove powder, dust, water drops and other debris in the bottle and on the bottle wall, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning plastic bottles and glass bottles. After years of continuous improvement and batch launching, the equipment has won a share of 90% in the domestic market. In addition, it has national patent.
Main Performance features
- Simple structure, stable performance, easy operation and low maintenance costs.
- It is equipped with ion generator to effectively remove static electricity, reduce the absorbing ability of dust and achieve better dust removal effect.
- Automatic bottle feeding and discharging, controlled by cylinder baffle. Replacement of specifications is easy. Just adjust the needle height and the distance of the cylinder baffle.
- It adopts PLC control and man-machine interface to operate the bottle washing process.
- Automatic counting, no action in case of no bottle.
- The equipment can remove all micro particles and dust in the bottle.
- The removed particles are sucked back for discharging by vacuum and do not circulate and pollute the environment.
- The body and parts are made of stainless steel 304, with polished surfaces and convenient disassembly and washing.
- The exterior of the machine is equipped with an organic glass cover and door, and is provided with the function of stopping in case of door opening.
- The cleaning quality meets GMP requirements.
